Shipping & Returns


Please note that there's NO return & NO Exchanges for any order.  In the event you receive an incorrect or defective item, please Contact Us at 310-217-0027 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please be prepared to provide your order number and product details.

Please inspect your merchandise. It is your responsibility to check for any discrepancies or defects before alterations or embellishments are made. We cannot accept returns on altered, decorated or washed garments. Girl ExtraOrdinaire must authorize all returns for defective or incorrect products . A return authorization form or number must accompany returns.


To ensure your package is delivered within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is correctly entered. Use correct abbreviations and properly insert spaces; we do not take responsibility for any incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable or your drop ship customer refused the package, we will contact you to cover the shipping fee to re-send the products. We will NOT issue a refund for any products that is returned due to an incorrect address.

Our products and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you or your customer refuse a shipment from Girl ExtraOrdinaire or its affiliates, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of return shipment and re-shipment of the package to you. We do ship to PO boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Girl ExtraOrdinaire and its affiliates are not responsible for a package that is presumed to be delivered. We will not issue a refund for a package that claims it is being delivered.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take 1-5 business days to customize your products and ship your order. You will receive your order approximately 2-7 business days from the date that it is shipped. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic) as well as FedEx. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

*If you order multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will contact you. In an event we do not hear from you within 1-2 business days, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a store credit for the out of stock item(s).


If we ship an order directly to your customer (Drop Ship Arrangement), you are responsible for any address correction charges. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address for your customer. Girl Extraordinaire and its affiliates are not responsible for any address correction fees incurred.

SHIPPING ISSUE- Girl ExtraOrdinaire and its affiliates are not responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss, or damages during shipment. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin. Insuring a shipment is up to the buyer and is not the responsibility of Girl ExtraOrdinaire.


We offer several shipping options including regular ground, 2-day or overnight shipping on most orders. Shipping rates vary on the weight of the items and the shipping location.

Shipping rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live. Certain countries add tariffs after the package has been accepted. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment. You are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes.
